The New City 2025 is being set up in collaboration with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Primorsky Krai
On 8th of November 2021, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Primorsky Krai and holding company Russtroyconsulting LLC signed Cooperation agreement to develop and implement the project of high-efficiency decision making center New City 2025*.
The parties agreed to join their efforts and competence to create the platform city in Primorsky Krai. It is not only a place to live, work and study, but also a center of new decisions for macroregion. The New City aims to become first modern Russian platform of its kind, optimized for highly efficient interaction between public entities and major investors, government and practical science, which would lead to creation and implementation of breakthrough projects in key sectors of macroregion economy.
New City 2025 is an independent platform, located in 30 kilometers away from Vladivostok and equidistant from international airport Vladivostok and Integrated Entertainment Zone Primorye (10 km from each). The key areas of New City 2025 are Public Administration center (administrative authorities of the region, regional and federal development institutions) and Downtown area. The project also includes residential areas for permanent and temporary use, decent touristic, recreational, commercial, and service infrastructure.
*New City 2025 project is developed by unified team of Far Eastern experts on complex territorial development upon an enquiry from Government of Primorsky Krai. Its main task is to create New City as a G2B (Government to Business) platform focused on both foreign and domestic investors.
