Accompanied by Russtroyconsulting and Engineering Consulting Company, the industrial cluster project Suchan-Coal has become one of the priority foreign investment projects of Hong Kong.
Within more than half a year from the project beginning, the integrated team of Russtroyconsulting and Engineering Consulting Company have held more than 20 meetings and direct negotiations in several countries of the world – our specialists presented the project, told about its prospects, conducted targeted work with relevant international investors, investment and financial funds, banks and government agencies. In particular, our team managed to establish close links with Hong Kong Government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Board (HKTDC), an influential global organization that controls Hong Kong’s investment and business projects around the world. The Russian project was included in the database of priority foreign investment projects of Hong Kong; In addition, the investment project Industrial cluster Suchan-Coal became one of the few that received an opportunity of author’s presentation at the Belt and Road Summit – a large-scale event organized with Hong Kong Government support.
Belt and Road Summit

Moderator of the “Energy, Natural Resources & Public Utilities” Summit section, where the Suchan-Coal project report was presented – is Mr. Derek Parkin of CLP Holdings, an investor, owner and operator of dozens of major energy companies in Asia, including a coal-fired power plant in Hong Kong.
Dmitry Evtin, Head of Investment and Business Consulting of Engineering Consulting Company, personally presented the project at the event – and for the Belt and Road Summit this report became a precedent; The Russian Speaker, representing not one of the national commodity giants, but a small private company, was speaking at the Summit for the first time.
Included to the second session of the Summit program (“Energy, Natural Resources and Public Utilities”), Suchan-Coal project report drew the attention of the representatives of the energy business from China, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, the Philippines , India and a number of other countries of the world – the energy of these regions is largely built on the high-calorie energy coals consumption. Thanks to the practical side of the report on the mechanism for accessing the Russian energy market, the presentation of the project and its discussion have been very successful. So, during the subsequent meetings with the Summit participants, representatives of Russtroyconsulting and Engineering Consulting Company managed to reach several agreements on cooperation, both in terms of coal supply and investment opportunities for the Suchan-Coal project.
